Everything was just AWESOME! Cadillac new his stuff and was quick to offer me options to test drive. I was looking at a Harley Touring bike and once I testbdrive the Road King and Street Glide I just mentioned to him that I felt bunched up, being 6'4" I wanted to stretch out a little more. Boom without hesitation Cadillac said have you thought about an Indian Chieftain? I test drive that, and that's the feel I was looking for on a stock bike. With the 111 c.i. Thunderstroke, it had the power too. Lisa in finance was awsome too. She new her stuff and didn't try to jam addons down my throat. I think it was because she was also a motorcycle owner and treated me the way she would have wanted. The dealer I had been working with wondered why I didn't buy a Harley from him, it was easy to be honest, "you just didn't have the inventory and you couldn't touch there customer service." He wasn't too happy with that, but IDC, Dream Machine earned my current business and future business. Thanks Lisa and Cadillac, great job!
I bought my 2005 Road King here in March 2022. Just had service done for a running issue. Pat and the service dept did a fantastic job of diagnosing and rectifying the problem and had my 2005 Road King back to me and running great in just a few days! I worked with Dusty and Lisa M. to buy a 2013 HD Night Rod. I live 3 hours away from the dealership and I found the bike online. I was approved for financing online and Dusty had me send pictures of my trade-in to help seal the deal. They held my bike until the next weekend and I rode my trade-in to the dealership. Lisa was ready for me in minutes and I was on the road on my new bike in less than an hour and a half. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service they provided!

Dusty was thorough and attentive to my wants Chris was fast at getting me qualified for a loan. I may have paid a little too much on the warranty but in the long run it will be worth it. Qualifying to pay off the warranty in 12 months at 0% for a 3 year contract made the decision easier and it's transferable. So far all is well in the world. Thanks again.

Dusty was awesome through the whole process. Highly recommend both Dusty and Dream Machines. Bought a 2005 Ultra Classic from them online. Process was very smooth. It was a Manager's Special bike so I was expecting something far inferior to the bike that I received! This bike far exceeded my expectations!!!!!Dusty made a video walk around of the bike for me so I could get a better feel for it and hear it run which gave me the comfort to pull the trigger.Paperwork settled, they made arrangements to ship the bike for me. Danny the shipper was awesome. Got to South Florida super quick from Dallas. I purchased a 2013 Royal Enfield Classic 500 in August. I live in Georgia and was easily able to do everything over the phone and via email. Everyone I dealt with from Ryan, Nick, to Keri was very professional, extremely helpful and made the whole process stress free. The bike was shipped to my house about a week earlier than expected and arrived in showroom condition. It looked better and cleaner than the pictures online. The gentleman delivering the bike (wish I could remember his name) was top notch, called me an hour out and then gave me several updates as he got closer. I found one of your bikes via Cycletrader. My request for addtl information was returned quickly and Ryan and I quickly came to a price. I was concerned about committing to something that I haven't seen, so I looked at several ads for other bikes in your dealership. Some bikes had no issues listed, while others had several call-outs. This indicated to me that DM had a full disclosure policy and was being transparent about everything. Since I am out of state, Ryan agreed to work with my schedule. I had an accessory sent to your dealership ad Ryan had the item installed before my arrival. He also had someone pick me up a the airport. This was a stress-free experience from start to finish. I couldn't ask for anymore.

This was probably the most painless sales experience I have ever had. John Hamilton, my sales guy worked to get me the bike I wanted, and he worked to get my business. He arranged an out-of-state sale, had Sergio pick me up at the airport and had my new to me bike ready to go. He even hooked me up with the Police Department where my bike's journey began. If I am ever in the mood for another bike and a 1400+ mile road trip, Dream Machines of Texas and John Hamilton are my first call.
I live in Syracuse and after searching every dealership in New York state I found the make, model and color of the bike i wanted at a much better price with very few miles on it at Dream Machines of Texas. I initially saw their posts on Ebay and Cycle Trader. Then kept checking their website on a weekly basis. Last month I finally pulled the trigger on a 2014 Harley Wide Glide. It's my 1st Harley after many years riding a Yamaha. I was kind of hesitant with making such an important and expensive purchase without being able to see the bike in person and take it for a spin. Meet East Texas Newest Harley Owner and Motorcycle RideI recently received my motorcycle license and purchased my first bike from Dusty at Dream Machines of Texas. I was referred by a co worker and friend and knew I would be taken care of as they are happy owners. I am a first time rider and went in thinking I would purchase a Harley Street Glide or something in this class as my first bike. While this may be alright for some, not me. Dusty was able to fit me for my perfect first bike. My husband picked him up on the trailer and we brought "Busy Bee" home. The name describes me to the tee. The bike has been parked in my garage for over a week now and I have been intimidated to approach my new toy. After cranking my new toy up and walking it for a few minutes then shifting to first, the feeling cannot be explained. It felt so good. I can't wait for this upcoming weekend when I am off. I plan on taking baby steps and getting familiar with my bike, so I can enjoy him to the fullest in the safest manner. I was looking for a Suzuki DRZ 400. I saw a few on eBay and there was this one... It was exactly what I wanted but the price was way too high. By curiosity, I called Dream Machines of Texas and a salesman, Bill Anthony, answered me. I was scared going through a dealer because I thought that the price were generally too high. Bill eventually made the deal possible. Since I live in Vermont, I needed the bike shipped. Again, I was helped in finding a transporter. Yesterday, I received the bike and it is exactly how I saw it on the pictures posted by Dream Machines of Texas on eBay. I have to add that before sending the bike, the dealer did an oil change and put a new rear tire on the bike that had only 2000 miles. This place is the BEST !!!My Wife and I walked into Dream Machines of Texas and immediately saw several bikes we instantly became interested in. We walked around and took note of 7 bikes that one was potentially going to become ours. The Wife (of course) loved the 2008 Harley-Davidson Road King Screamin Eagle CVO. We went home and looked at the bikes online as we narrowed our decision. The following week, I went back to Dream Machines of Texas to find that of those 7 bikes, only 3 were left. 4 of the bikes had already sold. The Screamin Eagle CVO was still there! I called the Wife and told her of how fast these bikes were being sold and that if we wanted that beautiful 2008 CVO we had better make a move. With the green light from the Wife, I walked over to Dusty and put that deposit down. A SOLD sign was attached to the bike and it was instantly pulled off the selling floor. (This made me very happy). The bike needed some work done so the Dream Machines Service Team got to work on it. It was several days before it was ready and then it rained all week. Since I didnt have a ride to get back to pick up my awesome Screamin Eagle, they delivered it to my house ! That was so cool and a GREAT day for me. Dusty Taylor treated us with great respect and as valued customers which is greatly appreciated. Our Sales team member Kari in financing was also very helpful and fun to deal with. Thank you Dusty and Kari !!!A note about the Service DepartmentAfter owning my Screamin Eagle CVO for about a month, I noticed that the rear suspension was a bit rough. I figured that the air shocks were sitting on zero pressure. It was.So, I bought a CHEAP suspension air pump off ebay I was unable to put air into the suspension system and thought there was a problem. I took the bike to Dave, the Service Manager and showed him the problem. They added 20 lbs of air and let it sit for a while to see if there was any slow leaks. There was none and it was fine. Turns out that I should have bought a Harley Air Suspension pump. There was nothing wrong with my suspension, just that crummy pump I got off ebay. Dave, the Service Manager showed me that the system was holding air just fine and even stayed late in his day to help me out and get me back on the road. Managers like Dave are few and far between. These are the kind of people you want to deal with as a customer and the kind of people you want as a manager. Thank you Dave, The Service Manager !!Final note: If you see a bike you like, you better make a move on it the next time you go look, it may be GONE !!!! The sales team, service department, financing and prices are all so good that these bikes will sell quickly !
Service was excellent from the first visit (John) (alone without my fiance), to the finance portion (Kerry), to the service side (David and team). Everyone is very friendly and willing to help answer questions. I probably called 8 times checking on the bike in the service department and they were always so kind, and eventually knew me by name and our bike! Great customer service and willingness to help. We are very thankful for you all fixing the brake portion completely- VERY thankful and appreciative. We will be recommending this place to anyone and may be back again......after we pay this one off!!

I highly recommend this place! They will do you right.Here is my experience:I found a 2007 Yamaha Royal Star Venture on the website that I really thought was going to be the perfect ride for long trips with the wife. This site has great pictures and information regarding the bikes and any little nicks and scratches are well documented. I went to the location and spoke to Dusty (the salesman), paid my money, and rode the bike home thinking I had just bought the perfect motorcycle. My ride home was short (I live close to the store) and I did not enjoy the ride at all, through no fault of the motorcycle. I called Dusty the next day and voiced my concerns about my enjoyment of the bike and Dusty said that they would see what they could do to make me a happy rider. I brought the bike back that afternoon and looked at a couple of other bikes that Dusty had prepared for me based on our discussions of what I was looking for and my price range. I found a 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1500 that I really liked. I had no expectations of Dream Machines to accommodate me in any way because since I had knowingly and willingly signed an "As-Is" statement on the Yamaha and they had every right to force me to keep the bike I had originally purchased. To my surprise, Dusty informed me that they would cancel the original deal on the Yamaha and allowed me purchase the Kawasaki AND they would refund the price difference (the price of the Kawasaki was less).In an age where customer service is virtually nowhere to be found, it is great when you get treated well and get served above your expectations. I love my new ride and will recommend this place and Dusty to any and all that are looking for a quality motorcycle sold by quality people.
My son recently purchased an 09 Honda Shadow from DMoT. I can't say enough of the excellent personal service we received by all those involved. I had spoke with Dream Machines on a few different bikes. Finally the one I had been waiting for (and had to have) came around. Craig and Keri were wonderful. Internet/remote purchases are always questionable. You can't see/touch/test it until you get there. Being 300 miles away and having to opt for the cost of shipping vs. hauling my 2 trades through Dallas traffic was the only trouble I had with this purchase. Dusty and Keri made everything painless and quick. I was in and out in less than 2 hours: including unload/load. The bike was priced right and cleaner than any other used bike I've ever traded for. I would like to personally Thank and recommend Kerry Schoder, Salesman and Keri Pederson, Finance for the prompt and professional service. It was very easy to work with these two people. Every detail was properly taken care of. I went originally to Garland Harley Davidson to buy a bike from them. It was a 1 hour 20 minute drive. I checked the day of if the bike was still there. It was confirmed. Then I show up to find out it was sold the week prior. Before my first call to them it was already sold. So upset thought about Dream Machines that a friend had told me about prior. I walked in. They looked and found what I was looking for. Wrote a check and done. The 2 of them have been exceptional. I will never buy anything from Garland Harley Davidson. Not even a bolt. My salesman was Daniel.he was very honest & made it a very pleasant exchange.i would buy again from dream machines of Texas & use Daniel as my salesman again.I could not ask for a better guy to deal with.The whole staff was very friendly & easy to work with.Daniel is a stand up guy.I work for a Harley Davidson dealership and rarely do i see the type of service & honesty that Daniel showed me,from our sales dept.
I cant speak highly enough of Kerry Schoder and the other staff there. Kerry was incredibly patient with me through my many questions and helped me explore my options. I am super appreciative for the no nonsense pricing that was straightforward and above the table and no pressure sales, which was far from the experience I had at a HD dealer. In the end I took home the machine that I wanted at a fair price and along with a a great buying experience all around. Absolutely love riding my new Softail Slim. I will be back again!

From pre-purchase, where he was able to assure me of the bike's condition, to the buying process where he would be a liason with other departments when needed.To delivery-where the bike's condition was as promised, to post-delivery-taking care of issues,answering questions and purchasing parts.I always could count on him to respond promptly to any of my concerns. His wide knowledge base made it very reassuring. Picked up a Harley from Dream Machines first of Oct. Was having a few problems getting the title and bike turned out to be not what I needed. After talking with Jason,Dusty,and even the owner got involved, I was told they would take care of the problem with the choice being mine. I traded the bike for one of the same price and was taken care of within 45 minutes with no problems. With 49 years of riding and having owned 37 motorcycles in my life,yes I`m a bike nut,I have NEVER been treated any better by a Dealer--this is the best place in Texas to deal with--Thank ya`ll--

My experience with Kerry Schroder was awesome. I started working with Kerry in November of 2014 however was all over the place regarding what model to purchase. I also mentioned I was still a month or two away from a purchase. Kerry was very patient asking me about my skill level, past bikes, type of riding I anticipated in an effort to help me narrow down my choices. Initially working within a budget Kerry took me throughout the store looking at bikes in my price range, identifying their characteristics and any accessories. I was even taken to the back to look at bikes that had not found a place on the showroom or had not been made ready for display. Leaving without a bike Kerry mentioned that he would let me know if something ame in I might be interested in. I found occasional emails from Kerry sharing with me a new bike that came in that I might be interested in. Every now and then I would receive an email describing a new bike that came in along with a picture. I appreciated Kerry's commitment and follow up. Something other sales people lacked. The day finally came where I was ready to pull the trigger. After having visited numerous dealerships and other companies in the Dallas metroplex with large Harley inventories I came straight to see Kerry. He was the only one listening to what I wanted, where my interest was, and honored all commitments. A true professional. I came in with the mindset to purchase a 2013 Heritage though found a great deal on a 2014 Road King... and put my money down. Kerry Schroder is highly recommended if you visit the Dallas Dream Machines store. If you want to work with someone who is a true professional and genuinely wants you to have that perfect bike for you, and is sincere in his committments you can't go wrong with Kerry. I'm working in Afghanistan, found a bike I wanted online. I contacted Hope and she set me up with the salesman Kerry. He helped me with everything, including the sale and getting the bike delivered to my house. I highly recommend them not only for the quality of merchandise, but also the best customer service. I just bought a 2010 Harley Wide Glide, and the experience was excellent! I dealt with John Hamilton and he absolutely bent over backwards to make the deal happen. I live 3 hours from the dealership so all of my dealigns were sight unseen. It was VERY easy to deal with John and 90% of our talks were via email or text. Upon arrival at the dealership my bike was ready early, the financing process was quick, and John personally went over the bikes functions with me and helped me load it up. I CALLED AND VISITED AN COUPLE OF HARLEY DEALERSHIPS IN OKC AND THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THIS WAS VERY DISTURBING AS I SPENT 30 YEARS IN THE CAR BUSINESS AND THESE GUYS REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME! DUSTY TREATE DME WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FROM THE FIRST CONTACT THROUGH THE PURCHASE! I DO NOT REMEMBER THE GUY IN F&I BUT HE WAS VERY PLEASENT TO WORK WITH AS WELL!
